Very uncomfortable. They give you a local anethetic and so you can feel everything but it doesnt hurt. However the needle for the anethetic is stuck straight in your gums and mouth and that hurts like hell. I cried getting that stuck in my mouth and screamed in pain and the dentist could not hear me as his gloved hands where in my gob stuffing the needle in my mouth. Loads of blood and cotton wool stuffed in your gob.....a suction tube sucks out all of your saliva and blood....then the stitching up....oh my god!!!! Your gum gets yanked...and you walk out half cut on your anethetic.....and slowly very very slowy it wears off......and then.....AAAAAAAAG|H!!!!! Then you have to wash with anti-bacterial mouthwash and eat fluids like smoothes and soups out of straw for a week....the great thing is that I can think of that is good about it, is that you lose a bit of weight cos you cannot eat.
I am not joking I had a wisdom tooth pulled......and I am also due to get another out taken out....
When I was little I had 4 teeth out...luckily I was under general anesthetic however the gas was weird and scary and I panicked and screamed and cried (I was a kid) and I heard this bleeping noise...I thought was going to die...but it was my heartbeat monitor....then I woke up....ouch....
I had to get those teeth out as I had to wear braces.
