Do some cardio daily. You can walk, run, jog, use a treadmill, a bike or even anything like that. You should try to burn 600 calories a day. You will notice results. Try to cut out just about all junk food and eat a lot associated with fruits and veggies and not go out with regard to fast food if you can help it.
