The best way to lose weight is to be consistent with your healthy diet.  There are numerous companies and diet fads out there that claim to help you lose weight quickly, but in all honesty, they're simply telling lies. 

Most of these methods are not sustainable, and more often than not lead to binge eating and weight gain.  Here's the best method to lose weight safely, and permanently, without making you feel like you're missing out on life.

Daily calorie requirements

The first thing you need to do is to work out how many calories your body needs per day in order to function.  This includes calories used for metabolic processes, walking, exercising, digestion, and even breathing. 

To do this, you can enter your details into the calculator at Calculator.net.  You'll then be provided with the number of calories you need to maintain your current weight. 

After you've calculated this figure, you now need to subtract 500 from the total amount.  If your daily calorie requirements are 2500, then you subtract 500, and are left with 2000 calories.

In this instance, eating 2000 calories per day will lead to a deficit of 3500 calories per week, which is the equivalent of 1 lb of weight.  By maintaining this slow but steady deficit for a long period of time, your weight will drop consistently, and you're less likely to feel the need to binge eat.

It's important to do the diet with exercise everyday,and have to maintain to do it in a few months, it need the courage and perseverance. On the other hand, have to eat many fruits and vegetables in stead of eating meat that is more calories and difficult to digest as well.

Yes, that's the secret: healthy food, exercise, water, and being persistant.

Of course, seek help from your health professional. Overweight can be due to other conditions not necessarily related to food.
