What type of diet would you suggest. Strict? I need a bit of leeway for my birthday and for Christmas

I'm no Dr and there is plenty of diet advice around. Figure out what your goal is, what weight you want to be. Get some regular exercise and eat sensible portions of healthy food. No diet works sll the time for everyone, Cut out the junk, sodas etc. Once you get in the groove, it will seem easier.

I lost 23 kg (50 lbs) in a little less than six months. The method is easy. Eat less, exercise more. But be willing to restrain yourself when you reach your goal or you'll put it all back on again and you'll have wasted all that effort.

Congrats! I've made a chart for my daily exercise and I've already started to eat less, hopefully I stay motivated. Since I'm trying to lose the same amount you did, did you see any physical difference in any specific places after you lost weight?

It was a bit different for mr.I was 75 at the time. So, yeah, the skin hung loose on my thighs but that was the only place. Good luck.
