surgery - which is definitely not recommended. Put a healthy lifestyle first and then reconsider the food list, more vegetables, less high-calorie food, exercise regularly, do a body cleansing by eat an apple along with a glass of honey water(depends on people, it works for me at the moment)
There's no quick to lose that much weight. Personally i will lost few weights when i'm in a depressing mode, however, this is definitely not a pleasant way to lose weight and hope it won't happen again.
Losing weight need a long-lasting and patience progress. Health is always the first thing to consider, never weaken the body immunity for a thinner body:)
