Eat a lot of healthy foods such as veggies and fruit and you love rice try not to eat it a lot and excise while watching t.v. If you are a dancer and take dance classes my dance teacher told me to sit in a second position which is legs wide while doing homework Ive lost 10 pounds doing all of this o and also try to excise with warm clothing on.

Well eat lots of healthy foods!!!I'm having the same problem I have to lose 10 pounds!!!!drink lots of water and do strength training and go outside everyday.and keep count of your calorie intake too!!!I wish you the best of luck!!!!!!

I think you should exercise for 30-40 minutes everyday and don't after 6:00 p.m. But if your still really really hungry after 6:00 eat fruits.

Losing 10 pounds in 3 weeks could be easy or difficult depending on what your starting point is.

If you have a lot of weight to lose, it can be quite feasible though.

3.3 pounds of weight loss/week.

A good amount of weight loss to shoot for normally is 1-2 pounds/week.

Either way, what you need to do is cut your calories...just don't cut them lower than 1,200 calories/day.

Couple that with exercise and don't stray off the diet.

You'll want to cut out all processed foods you're currently eating in your diet as they tend to be high in calories and don't provide much satiety.

eat a LOT of vegetables...lots of salads (watch the dressing though, go for light Italian dressing).  Also eat lean meat and some fruit...

Other foods to consider are  nuts(not too many, they are calorie dense), oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread, yogurt, no fat cottage cheese, eggs.

Ok hi. I am a 13 year old girl who weighs about 155 pounds (although I don't look it) and I would like to lose 10-15 pounds to get in shape. See I play basketball and softball-TRAVEL-which is a lot of hard work and commitment. Can someone please tell be what I need to eat in order to reach my expected goal? Thank you :)
