It is very dangerous to be exercising that much and not getting a good protein. But you can lose weight in many different ways then just exercising like swimming or playing baseball. But when your doing these things make sure you have a well balanced meal. You don't have to starve yourself to be skinny. Just eat things with less calories and eat a lot of fruit and veggies.
