I was able to lose some weight when I worked out at 11pm then went to bed. I don't know if it is good or bad but for me personally, I did lose some weight.
Is exercising very intensely late at night, then sleeping without eating anything afterwards a good idea in terms of losing weight?
I do not know if this will help you to lose weight, but it
is true that you may find it difficult to sleep after doing some intense
exercises. It is more beneficial
