Do cardio each today (besides weekends, have off days on the weekend, and eat whatever you want), drink lots of water, and cut down your meals.
1. Reduce how much you eat as the day goes. Breakfast > Lunch > Dinner. Don't eat late at night when you are going to sleep.
2. Drink more water
3. Do the bicycle (push up position but bring your legs forward alternately like when riding a bike)
4. Weed?
The only way to lose weight without exercising is to reduce your calorie intake enough that you're consuming less calories than you're expending. I'll explain how to do this is detail below. Simply follow these steps.
- The first thing we need to do is understand how weight loss occurs. Throughout each and every day we all burn a certain number of calories through activities. This includes walking around, breathing, digesting food, and basically everything we do.
- If we consume less calories through food than we burn doing these daily tasks, we lose weight.
- Each 1 lb of fat on our bodies is made up of 3500 calories. So, to lose 1 lb of fat, we need to burn 3500 calories more than we eat.
- To make this safe to do, we divide those 3500 calories across an entire week. 3500/7 = 500. So, we can now see that we need to burn 500 calories per day MORE than we consume through food and drink. Simple.
- To work out how many calories your body burns per day, go to Calculator.net and enter your details. Remember to be honest.
- You'll now be provided with the number of calories your body needs per day to maintain your current weight. What we need to do now is subtract the 500 calories we worked out earlier from that total.
- So, if your figure is 2000 calories per day to maintain your weight, you'll subtract 500 to find the number of calories you need to consume per day to lose 1 lb of fat per week. 2000-500 = 1500.
- That's all there is to it. Don't be tempted to create bigger deficits to lose weight more quickly. What you'll end up doing is losing a lot of muscle, which you really don't want. Take it slow, and stick with it!
you can try these:
This is huge when it comes to weight loss-without energy, it’s hard to exercise. Without exercise, it’s near impossible to lose weight-at least in a healthy way. In addition to boosting energy, there is tentative evidence that it can help manage blood sugar, which also affects energy levels as well as appetite.
