There is no way you can feel a baby the first month. The embryo is only an inch long and has not developed into a fetus yet it is still in the cell division stage if your pregnant. I would advise you to get a blood test done if you still feel you may be pregnant.   Please rate my answer

Have you had any type of procedures lately that would cause excess gas in your stomach...and if not you just might have gas lately cause believe it or not a lot of gas can actually make you feel like you have something moving in your stomach and at times if you have gas bad enough you can actually see your stomach move from the gas bubbles in your stomach

If you have been pregnant before its called "phantom flutters." You could be craving a baby. Your biological clock might be ticking. The mind can play great tricks on you. If you have never been pregnant then biologically it can be gas, natural peristalsis

or maybe parasites but I doubt that one. LOL!
