It is best to see a doctor in this case in order to discover any other symptoms of your illness. It could be a pain in the bladder or colon, which is causing a large amount of blood to be pumped. Fans of the X-Files TV show may note that it could be any of the following three alternatives (although two of these are not medically true); an alien baby implanted into you by abduction; black oil, a human-manufactured alien virus based on alien DNA; or insects, whereby larvae have developed and used the human body as a host organism. It is quite possible that you are in fact pregnant, and should test with an over-the-counter kit, but it is more likely that it is just menstrual cramps resulting from blood exiting the uterus. Any stomach pains can be caused by indigestion and constipation, meaning food is built up internally and cannot be excreted. Irritable bowel syndrome may necessitate many restroom visits, and it can also be a reaction to a certain food, or lactose products. Bedrest and regular fluid intake can soothe the stomach, with the body at rest so that all chemical processes can occur uninterrupted; regular visits to the bathroom for egestion may unclog the waste that is building up and causing pain.

If you have taken a pregnancy test and your not pregnant, the movement in your stomach can be caused by gases. Which is very common.

I've had the same thing . . .it's called a phantom pregnancy, sometimes when your hormones are wacky you can get all the symptoms of a real prgenancy and not be pregnant. You can have missed periods, feel "kicks" and even produce breast milk. Its freaky and scary and very confusing but its a real thing that happens to alot of women!

These movements can be peristalsis that are produced in order to push food from one part of the digestive tract to other.
