There is a chart available at any pregnancy website or in the doctors office that you can go by..it works by going back to the first day of your last period and either adding or subtracting a couple of days and that should put you with in 3-5 days of conception....sorry...I wish I could remember exactly how it worked. Also they can tell you when they do your very first ultrasound within a couple of days of conception
