Generally, tubes don’t become untied after the normal procedure of tubal ligation. But some time if the procedure is inadequate then tubes become untied and pregnancy is possible. Sometimes, it is also seen that clamps become loose after many years of procedure and allow sperms to escape leading to ectopic pregnancy. If this happen then pregnancy should be terminated.
