Getting the fat off the thighs requires a lot of exercises and food sacrifices. You have to exercise on a daily basis such as working out in the gym, cycling and jogging. You can also take up sports such as tennis and other sports which require a lot running around. You also got to have a healthy food diet and stop eating foods which contain a lot of fats, sugar and carbohydrates. The thighs take the maximum time to get off fats. The food which contains a lot of fat when eaten directly goes to the thighs and hips so it is rather difficult to get rid of them. Liposuction is also an option to rid of the unwanted fats on your body. It is a very painful and expensive process.
This is problem also with me. I also heard yoga and piliates are really good. Fat stores in the worse places possible for a women, and hard to get rid of. I have also been with a trainer, and still just saw min, amount at those spots reduced> Good luck.
