If you want to get fat, follow these steps in order.
1. Skip breakfast (it slows your metabolism)
2. Eat a big lunch
3. Take a nap right after you finish eating.
4. Spend at least 3 hours watching television or on your computer.
5. Eat while your doing something.
6. Eat a huge dinner and make sure you eat it near bedtime.
7. If you still have room in your stomach, eat a snack or two to top it off.
8. Go to sleep right after eating (it stores all the calories as fat).

No do not follow these rules. If you want to get fat you should eat healthy. Sister I feel your pain I have the same
that you do.  Just eat healthy and people well stop asking you.

I am thin and eat a lot of ever thing eaten cooked or uncooked plus good foods and bad(junk) but I don't pack on fat at all.I want to be fat please

It seems like a lot of you girls have the same problem, and you are all very young. I remember when I was young my best friend had this problem and she always stressed about gaining weight, then in college she did gain a lot of weight and now is trying to loose it. I am sure you are all very beautiful and as long as you are healthy that is all that matters. Your body will continue to change and as you get older your body will become more curvy and womanly, enjoy it, and embrace it, there are far greater things to worry about, learn to love your body and you will be happy. You are beautiful.

Eat as much as you can though you don't have to overloading yourself.

*BUT, there is a secret way to gaining weight and I'm going to tell you what it is.*

You know how any food you eat after 7pm gets stored as fat!? Yeah well thats what it is. But! Not always eating strictly after 7pm will put the weight on, sometimes your body is custom to digesting anything past that so the best way to come about this is to eat just before you go to bed. What you should be eating are complex carbs. Such as oatmeal (I cannot have this because my stomachs not good with the digestion of dairy in the morning or night) also, wholemeal/brown bread or white, potatoes or even just beans.

Check your weight before and after doing this, you'll notice a difference!

(be careful though, don't want to get stretch-marks !)

I'm so skinny tht makes me so worried since eating doesn't help. Most people have a problem with being fat mines is the opposite. I really need help. Someone?

I want to get fatter legs , coz I know I am skinny but I eat like hell, but I don't gain any weight. I am like what ?:S I am trying SO hard but it just isn't happening for me ! Xx can anyone give me advise on how to get fatter legs ?x

All you have 2 do is eat breakfast. A snack after breakfast. Then snack sum more. And eat a big lunch (everything on your plate) and eat a large snack. And eat dinner with a desert at your bedtime. I am only 12 years old and I   weigh 98 pounds. So now I weigh. About gain sixteen pounds. So m not skinny.

I'm like you I guess. I'm not anorexic, but I am pretty skinny. Iam pretty strong, considering I knocked out my 14 year old sister with a single blow lol. I'm trying to get fatter, and thats why I looked this up. All I want is not to be looked at and called chicken legs lol.

I'm 11 and I am really skinny. My parents r always tellign me I should gain some weight. Me and all of my friends say I eat like a pig but I never gain weight. It doesnt make sense

Hi ive just turned 12 and I was 60 pounds around 28 kilos and what really helped me was having snack between meals so iv been doing that for about 2 months now and I gained 10 pounds and there are really big improvments

I'm 13, and I'm really skinny for my age. I only know of a few people who are as skinny as me! I think I do eat quite a bit, but I just burn it off ! Please can anyone tell me how to gain weight, And stay healthier at the same time? :/ I don't really want to do the whole training/working out thing. X x

I'm 14 and my doctor says I'm fine like this. But I don't think so!! Everytime I look at the mirror I see myself thinner but LARGER. And that annoys me I don't want to be taller I want to be fatter. I lift weights and eat a lot but nothing seems to work. :( Can somebody help me? I guess I'll try the eat a snack in between meals to see if it works FOR NOW.

Well, I have the same problem but I'd say that you should do this:
Eat breakfast
have a snack
eat lunch
have a snack
eat dinner
have a snack.  By the way when I say snack I don't mean crisps. I mean something like quiche, a pizza, some chips, some doughnuts, muffins. Ok?? Keep doing that everyday and I promise you that in a few weeks, people will be like: Wow, you've gained weight you know?!"

Eat foods that are calorie dense.  Add sauces to everything you eat--try drinking your calories if possible.

I heard of people who were able to gain weight after water fasting or juice fasting for a short period. Of course do that sort of thing with an ok from your doctor.

You might have food intolerances, and that's why you're not absorbing stuff. My mom was lactose intolerant. When she cut out milk and ice cream she got fat! Lol  Actually although she did gain weight after cutting out milk, she only got fat because she was pregnant. She is a happy mother of six children, and she is at a healthy weight now.

I'm also skinny..but in pe I actually do
the lunges,push-ups,running,and other exercises
they have us do.so I'm very strong for a skinny girl.
Also for the upper body do some pull-ups those help
build lots of muscle on your arms.

You can grow faster if you eat things that are rich in fats and calories but this may lead you to certain disease so you should have to take a balanced diet.

I think growing fat means doing less of household works and just sleeping a lot!!!!!just sleep hours just after you eat food healthy diet

This is my advise eat a lot of snicker bars it worked for me I am 12 years old and used to wiegh 80 ponds now I wiegh 110 pounds OH and also eat a lot of mexican food

Eating junk food is NOT the way to go. Either  is not exercising, or eating healthy. You're growing so obiously you're going to get skinnier. Just eat a regular meal but just add to your diet: Fish, chicken, meat,and protien and you will be good to go.

Hey I'm aya I'm 10 and I'm fat really fatt k really really fat and I no how to get fatter listen heres what you have to do:have breakfast and drink water next to it and then after break fast get a huge cup filled with water and drink it ,keep drinkin till your stuffed and then have dinner and drink next to it water and after dinner drink water till your stuffed,now   before you sleep make a french fries sandwich and eat next to it french fries and water next to that and youll be stuffed out like me I'm really fat I swear.

My sister is 13, 4'10' and 70 lbs. she's so little! She even has a thigh gap. My other sister is even skinnier because she doesn't do any sports so she doesn't have muscle. I was only ever super skinny when I was in gymnastics. Now I'm a healthy weight at 110 lbs. and im 5'3'. Im fifteen and I play soccer.

Hi I am the person who wants to the the answer. Any suggestions are welcome. I am healthy and average weight for my age but look quite skinny. People work bully me and mentally hurt me. They think I am sick and disgusting. I do not want to put on to much weight but I need some help. Now I said this people might think I am obsessive. HELP:0

Don't worry about weight as muscle weighs more than fat. I just judge it by how I fit into my clothes. And how my muscles feel when I poke them. I prefer to not be able to poke in more than half an inch.

I have the same problem. I don't know if this will help at all, but I asked my mum about it, and she always says that by the time I reach 20 or something, I'll be huge. I asked a doctor, and he said that even though your skinny, you need to exercise as we can gain inner fat. Which is really unhealthy. Well, I don't really know which one of them is true, but I think eating healthy is the best answer. Cause it  kills this "inner fat" and if you eat healthy the chances of being huge at 20 is really slim... If this doesn't make sense or help at all, I'm really sorry.

Skinny or not skinny is not the main problem..
The main point is v r healthy...
That's what my mom said...I strongly agree with her as people always said I'm skinny...
However, I think if we always exercise, 1 day at least sweating yourself once then everything will be alright!

I'm 14 and weigh 116 pounds but I'm tall, so that makes me underweight. I was never underweight before-infact I was obese for a while but I went on a diet that was too strict and now I have a low iron count and anemia which isn't good. My doctor is telling me to gain weight but I don't really want to get fat because hes just telling me to eat donuts and burgers etc....what should I do?

Eat iron rich fruits, veggies, and starches. I heard that we don't really absorb the iron in red meat. I'm vegan and I still get enough iron.

I had the same problem, I am still skinny but I gained 10 pounds in the last 2-3 months. When I come home from school I sit in front of the tv and have snacks.I thinks thats how I gained some weight. I'm 13 and only weigh 80 pound. I always get comments when people say I am anorexic. I hate it.I just try to be lazy and I think its working. But I also have another problem that when I want to gain weight, instead of getting fatter I only grow taller. When my mom took me too my doctor my doctor said its okay and that I am fine. I should enjoy while am skinny :) (but I still look for tips to gain weight fast) I can never find jeans my size b/c I am tall and skinny!

My problem is that I am a dude who is 6 feet 4 inches, but wants to gain weight, then work it off for muscle. However, no matter how much I eat, I only ever grow taller. I am not incredibly skinny, but am under weight for my age and height. Eating junk food only makes my chest hurt, and make me break out with acne, so that is out of the question. I need help. Eating healthy food also just makes me taller, and lipids (give off the highest caloric energy) just make me feel sick. What can I do?
