Fever is not related with implantation. In fact, there are no reliable signs of implantation in women. Fever can be due to many reasons but not due to implantation. Majority of the women don't know about implantation because this condition does not have any symptom except some women can have mild bleeding in he form of drops only not more than for one day. This is called implantation bleeding. This bleeding can occur after 7-10 days of ovulation in case of pregnancy. So, majority of the women are without any implantation bleeding.
