Notes- when your hungry try a cucumber or any vegetable that's healthy and low in calories, very low.
Run Outside for at least an hour everyday
If you go to gym take her with you so she could excise on machines
get on the bike
eat 5-6 veggies a day
drink 6-12 glasses of water a day
you should loose more than 20 pounds a month.
