Well that is kinda impossible. But if you try this it might be possible.
Breakfast(everyday) a orange-2 boiled eggs
Day 1-
Lunch-any fruit
Dinner- Grilled meat-salad
Day 2-
Lunch-Grilled chicken-orange
Dinner-2 Boiled Eggs-Orange-Toast
Day 3-
Lunch- Fat Free Cheese-Toast-Tomato
Dinner- Grilled meat
Day 4-
Lunch- A Fruit of any kind
Dinner- Grilled meat-Salad
Day 5-
Lunch- Boiled eggs-Boiled veggies
Dinner- Grilled fish- orange- Salad
Day 6-
Lunch- Grilled chicken-Boiled veggies-Tomato-Orange
Dinner-Boiled veggies
Notes- when your hungry try a cucumber or any vegetable that's healthy and low in calories, very low.
Run Outside for at least an hour everyday
If you go to gym take her with you so she could excise on machines
get on the bike
eat 5-6 veggies a day
drink 6-12 glasses of water a day
you should loose more than 20 pounds a month.

I'm 135 pounds, and I'm turing 12 in one month, but I think I look great. I just don't feel that way. I'm doing it MY way, INSTEAD of listening to people online, or authors of books with titles like "lose all of your body weight bny being an anorexic freak!". I listen to what ive been telling myself, and in your case, your child doesnt want to lose it enough to lose it. It took me until I reached the breaking point to listen to my intuition and get healthy. Its not about losing weight though, its about being healthy, having more energy, and loving yourself more than anyone else. And now, thats what I'm doing. I suggest your child does what I'm doing ; work out 30 min each day for the first week, eating only 3 meals, and special K 90 cal. Snack bars when I NEED it, only. Each week I work out 5 min more, too keep it slow. Don't try to push veggies or something on her. If she eats what she wants, but only when shes hungry, and until shes almost full, then she will be fine, and will lose about 5 pounds a week, and if you want anything more, than id say your not doing your job the best you can.

Well I'm 11 and trying  lose weight. I'm almost 12.every night just have her go on a treadmill for 30 minutes at 3.5 mph. Thats what ive done. In 2 days ive already lost 1lb. O and also buy all of her favorite fruits and vegetables. Also buy some light ranch. Hope this helps!

Okay listen, I'm 13 and 108 pounds... All my friends are the cute little cheerleader type- all about 5ft 1and like 70 or 80 lbs. I use to make me feel like a tub but then I realized... I'm just in my early teens and my body is going to change sooo much with in the next few years... Who knows what I'm going to look like? And who knows what I'm going to weigh? But if you just look at the big picture, in the grand scheme of things.... Does just a number, no matter how big or small it is, really matter? Is a number going to keep you from feeling good about yourself? Is it going to keep you from living your life?  If you feel like you have to loose weight just try and eat right and get excersise... And your weight will work it self out in it's own time. You have nothing to worry about.... And just remember- in the end you are who you are... You can't really change that...so are you going to sit around and sulk over something your not? Or try and make the best of what you have?

Well it's simple eat right exercise maybe like me jump 1000 times each hour and lower your food and it will surprise you.

20 pound is an extremely unhealthy amount to lose. And if her age is 12 that is even worse.
No one no matter what age they are should try to lost 20 pounds in a week. But if you want her to lost weight here are some tips.

Exercises daily, and eat healthy. Don't try the diets. They don't work. The only thing that will is hard work and motivation.

Go look up the sacred heart diet. You lose 10-17 pounds per week. It is a very healthy diet because doctors made it up. I hope I helped. And I am 12 years old 5'1 and weigh 113. Is that fat? PLEASE ANWSER!

I am 11 and I am like 250 or 255 or something around 200 I know it is not healthy and I'm trying but temptation I just say this guy who was like 555 and I don't want to be like that I need help please all my friends are like 88 or 90 or 150 or something and I always feel sad because I feel sad because people always treat me different then every 1 else

I am so sorry to here that. You are not fat and people should stop saying that. Your body is just not growing like other peoples. Your just different. But if you want to lose weight, eat healthy foods and drink water. If your 11 do like 25 pus-ups 15 sit-ups and 100 jumping jacks each day. Don't slack on your exercises and continue to eat right. Thats all! Love your body no matter what anyone else says! And your welcome!

I am 12 years old and going into 7th grade I am either 4'11 or on the dot.....I weigh around 150 and all of my friends are skinny.I only need to lose 20 pounds and I would be verry happy . School starts in 1 month so I need to lose it in that period of time how do I do it??

Your daughter will not be able to lose 20 pounds in 1 week...it is possible in 2 weeks...IF she is very overweight "obese", as it is easier to lose weight the more weight you have on you.

However...having said that, the ideal rate of loss for someone who is just overweight is at  most 2 pounds/week.

To lose the weight, its going to come down to her finding healthy alternatives for the foods she is currently eating.

She is also going to have to get used to eating less.

The way to go about this is to ensure she fills herself up on vegetables before having any meal.  Having a salad before every meal (with low fat italian dressing) will help.

Also, limit processed foods as they are calorically dense and not as filling when on a low calorie diet.  She will still be able to eat processed foods like pizza, candy and choclates, however it will need to be only once a week.

The bottom line is monitor progress, and if she is not losing weight, there are only 2 options:

1. Eat less
2. Exercise more

In the end, its going to come down to your daughter and how bad she wants to do this for herself as she is the only one who can make it happen.

You are still growing and you will be or have start menstruating so you'll need nutrients for strong bones and muscles, and to keep all the things in your body functioning normally as a young woman. The density of your bones when you get to be elderly will depend in large part on the calcium and Vit. D you ingested during your baby-teenage years. You really do not want to skimp on the things you need right now.

If you need to snack, snack on raw veggies, fruit, low- or no-fat yogurt. Try to make a game out of seeing how little saturated fat you can take in each day (zero is a winning number). And exercising more will be good for your body and will burn up more calories. Don't go crazy about dieting (plus it's just not any fun), just change what you eat and how much you eat. Try to eat as little sweets as possible, reserve them for special occasions (like holidays and birthdays) rather than a regular daily thing. And just become familiar with what you food weaknesses are so you can keep them in check, get used to reading food labels to check out what stuff is in your food, choose vegs and fruits over other stuff

Ugh I'm 12 and I have chub. Wen I go swimming, the only bathing suit I have is a bikini and it hangs out. I have to suck in. And my favorite shirt is tight around my stomach so it shows. My mother had thyroid disease but the doctor said I didn't but I still can't lose weight. I need help. Even my boyfriend, who is a year older, weighs 20 lbs. Lighter than me. Please help me. No soda play outside after eating and don't OVEREAT UNDER EAT! It is okay I have the same problem but how do you lose at least 100 lbs and keep it off? I hope I helped you!

All she needs to do is watch her carbs. Carbs are what make you fat, not calories. Not many people know that, but it's trues. And pasta, and noodles have a massive amount of carbs in them. But cheese and crackers on the other hand don't. Hope it helps:)

Well I'm 146 pounds and 5ft 1in in the 7th grade and I have a super slow metabolism and I really want to loose at least 20 pounds but I know I'm still growing and my body is going to change as I get older but if there is a way to loose 20 pound over the summer in a healthy way tell me!!!

At the end of the day your only young once and when you get older you will all be looking back and thinking I wish I was young again so get over it and stop worrying, wait till you all have kids then you will all be worrying with stretch marks and god knows what trust me.

So.. I just turned 12. A couple of months ago. I'm 5' 8. Weigh 139. I am very active. Play basketball soccer softball. And football in the yard with my brother and his friends. I run every morning. And I swim everyday. I feel fat all the time. But my mom says I look fine. But I'm going into the 7th grade. And last year some boys were always calling me fat. Before that I never thought about it. But now everytime I look in the mirror thats all I see. I am chunky compared to most of my friends. I eat really healthy. I haven't had a soda in 3 years. I gave it up. But I don't know what to do. I just want to feel better about my self and my weight.

Im 13 , i weigh 130 lb , 5'1 and I am NOT overweight or fat . Listen you are NOT overweight or fat either, if you weigh 139 lbs and 5'8 , trust me ! Do not put yourself down it's the worst thing you could do cause putting yourself down makes you depressed and being depressed usually makes you qain some weight . But I'm tellinq you , you're not fat !
Your BMI is13 % and 5 - 85 % is just riqht in ranqe for anyone , but if you are 85 - 95 % and over then you miqht be considered overweight or fat

I hate how everyone says your supposed to let yourself grow and loose wheight naturally but it doesnt always work that way , and I'm 13 and I weigh 127 and I think I'm a little fat and if someone is unhappy with the way they look then they should be able to do something about it .

Just make sure she's not "tweakin". I knew kids who lost weight fast on crystal meth. It's cheaper than coke, more effective in weight loss and an even more intense high. She would hardly notice that she was starving. Eating is practically impossible for most new meth users. But even after she kicks the habit she will always struggle with her weight. They like the quick fix but don't realize the negative effects. The addiction is a life long struggle.

This is the same with my daughter but she is 10 AND she is 4 ft 5 in. All of her friends are like 50 70 60 pounds and she always cries when she doesn't fit into things. I fit into her clothing and I'm 113 pounds. She is 120.
