The only sure way to know is to keep a pregnacy test on standby or make an appointment with your doctor. I have five children and with my first child I had an irregular period. I was four months pregnant while still having my period (irregular). Just monitor your cycle and let your doctor be aware of your irregular periods to avoid any health issues that you may not be aware of.
