It could be a number of things. I suggest you go and see your GP just in case. It could be an ingrown hair, or a sexual health disease (of course it might not be this- but this is a common complaint). Alternatively it could be a blocked pore. Hopefully this is nothing but if it hasn't gone in 3 days, book an appointment to see a doc.
