Tetrahydrocannabinol is also known as delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol. The term THC is the main psychoactive substance or ingredient which is found in the cannabis plant.  It was first isolated in 1964. In pure form, it is a glassy, clear solid but when it is cold, and it has a tendency to become viscous and sticky if warmed. An aromatic terpenoid, THC has a very low solubility in water, but good solubility in most organic solvents.
THC, 11-OH-THC and THC-COOH can also be detected and quantitated in  a number of fluids including blood, urine, oral fluid or sweat using a combination of immunoassay and chromatographic techniques as part of a drug use testing program or in a forensic investigation of a traffic or other criminal offense or suspicious death. There is no such way of hiding it completely but using a number of vitamins is a possible solution in masking it.
The concentrations obtained from such analyses can often be beneficial in distinguishing active from passive use or prescription from illicit use, the route of administration (oral versus smoking), elapsed time since use and extent or duration of use
There is no true way to clean or purge your system other then, not smoke, and even in that case depending on your body type (weight or metabolism etc.) and consistency of smoking habits you can still test and obtain a positive result up to more than 45 days from being totally clean. You will need to follow a number of steps which include increasing your fluid intake and urine flow as well as putting yourself through a vigorous exercise regime.
You should make friends with cardio machines or break out the old sneakers and get running quickly. Exercise gets the metabolism running immediately and releases endorphins. This will result in you burning fat and hopefully THC will be removed slowly but surely over a long process. Make sure you allow plenty of water for hydration and to help move any toxins that are ready to leave the body a little early.
