Nope. It's kind of a stimulant, but, that's it. It also helps with an upset stomach... Not as dwell as pot though.
Boldo leaves, Damiana, GInseng leaves, Pasision flowers leaves-all these and others get you high and are legal, but some of them might be dangerous; there isn't a lot of research on the subject. I reccomend finding what ever info on them you can before trying it.
