Can You Become Pregnant After Being Sterilized?

Pls help me I want to get pregnant again I have 3 kids but I am  sterilized now I want another kid

Been sterilized for 14 years now not had a period for 3 months could I be pregnant

It depends on why she is sterile.  Please look at my answer here to see all the ways a woman can be sterile.

If her uterus and ovaries are okay, but her tubes are not, she can become pregnant by having a doc remove the egg, fertilize it "in vitro" (meaning "in glass," that is, in a test tube or similar environment), and implant it back into her own uterus.

If her own uterus isn't suitable, her egg can be implanted in some other woman, known as a "surrogate."

If her ovaries are missing or damaged, it is possible -- though VERY rare -- to get a transplanted ovary from her mother or sister or cousin, etc.  She could get a donated egg from the same sources, or from an anonymous donor, and carry it herself, without a surrogate.

I been sterilized 4 year a go but I do pregnant test and it say that iam not pregnant but I have not had  period 4 2months

It just depends. Were her tubes tied, burned, or cut? Even though it is sterilization, it is not 100%! There is a slim chance that she may be pregnant, or it could be that her body is just adjusting to the sterilization process.

Very unlikely but It is a possibility If you have never had a hysterectomy.
