I think you can ive taken methadone and a perk on the same day I was fine
YEP!! Not proud of it, but when I started Methadone, I took as many as 80 Percocet the same day and was fine. It does contribute to the effects of Methadone, including sleepiness, respiratory depression, etc but minimal doses and or high tolerances do fine!!
