Very few ladies have spotting for 1 or 2 days as implant bleeding due to pregnancy. The spotting can also be due to stress, tension, anxiety or shock. Only pregnancy test in blood or urine can differentiate. I advise you to go for pregnancy test. If negative then seek for medical attention.
