That would depend on many factors such as how much weight you want to lose, how you're biking, up hill or down hill. Obviously up hill  and how long you bike will cause you to burn more calories. The longer you bike the more you'll burn calories. There is no set pace or time that works the same for everyone. You'll have to experiment to see what works the best for you. Remember to always keep yourself hydrated and enjoy  (:
