Is there anyway to get rid of my period? So I absolutely hate my period even though I don't get any cramps and I was just wondering if there's anyway to get rid of my period?

I have hit menopause so I don't have to deal with a period anymore. I had my period for 40 years. Rarely had cramps but did tend to bleed profusely.  Never really enjoyed it but it's a natural part of life for a female.  You could have a hysterectomy but that seems awfully harsh if it's not physically necessary
