No. Usually alcohol will be out of your system within 24 hrs depending what you were drinking and how much. But no more than 32 hrs.

Not likely , it takes about 10 hours for 1 % of alcohol to dissolve in your system.
I think people are misunderstanding your question.. If you give a dirty urine for alcohol, if the urine sample is kept properly, yes the urine will still be dirty for alcohol after a week (if retesting is necessary)
