Yes it can. Most "non-alcoholic" beers still contain .05 % alcohol.

No and besides beer is not exactly what a drug test is looking for anyway. Best to just be honest up front with test takers

Anything that has alcohol in it can cause you to fail an ETG. Does non-alcoholic beer have alcohol in it ? It says non-alcoholic beer. It should not cause a problem.
