Sure, but I wouldn't recommend it.
Its not very tasty and smells kinda funky but I smoked about a 1/4 ounce and felt tired but more alert at the same time it was weird and unpleasant. I would say over all its NOT Worth smoking. But if you get the tea it can be very relaxing, so I hear. Also the next day I woke up very grumpy and depressed I'm still not sure if this was from the catnip or not.haha. Its more of a medicine then an activity.
