The fastest way to lose 75 pounds the right way is NOT through crash dieting :)
Do not dip below 1,200 calories and do an hour of cardio to burn an additional 500 calories/day (which will lead to 3,500 calories burned a week, which will result in 1 pound of weight loss).
Focus on a diet full of veggies and lean meats, as well as a few fruits and a handful of nuts at each meal if you desire...
If you encounter any plateaus, go 1-2 days with low-no carbs, eat only veggies+lean meats, that should start the weight loss up again.
Alternatively to get around plateaus, increase the duration or intensity of the cardio you're doing.
One last thing...add re-feeds to your diet, where you eat at maintenance about once a week.
Maintenance calories = bodyweight x 15
Count your calories and weigh your food daily!
Drink 8 glasses of water...
Be patient and give it time...a good amount of weight loss is 1-2 pounds/week.
You may be able to see more loss if you are obese or overweight, but by far the biggest thing is PATIENCE...this is a lifestyle change, it is a marathon, not a sprint. Find yourself a successful diet/exercise system and implement it.
You can find more info on how to do that here.
