Remember that whatever you eat it becomes the part of the body. The first and the most important thing is to use it and let it not be the fats on your body. To lose fats you must do cardio and it is simple to do. Cardio means to make your heart beat so fast that will lead to melt the fats in your body. It has a formula for every age. The following is the basic formula.
220-your age= result * 60% = required heart beat rate per minutes.
For example if you're 20 years of old then your required heart beat rate can be calculated as under.
220-20=200*60%=120 beats per minutes. So you need to keep your heart beat at the 120 beats per minutes for one hour to lose the weight. And you can do it by jogging for one hour, or swimming for one hour or any other aerobic exercise. And I ensure you you will lose 70 pounds if you'll do it just within 30 days. In this way you can lose 70lbs in one month. I bet.
Take Phentermine, the weight will fall off.
70lbs in 1 month is not a realistic amount of weight loss.
To the person who said its possible and they lost 8 pounds in 3 days...You always lose a lot the first week as the weight loss is a combination of fat loss and water weight loss.
There is no healthy way to lose 70lbs in 1 month and unless you are very, morbidly obese, even if you attempted a diet of eating practically nothing, you would not likely achieve 70lbs of loss in 1 month.
Lets break it down:
If you weighed 400lbs, your maintenance caloric intake (calories to maintain your current weight) would be : Bodyweight x 15 (400x15 = 6,000 calories/day).
Now to lose 1 pound, you need to have a deficit of 3,500 calories.
So you can see how it helps the more overweight you are, it would make it easier to create the needed deficit to lose the weight.
Even so, you'd have to have some crazy unhealthy diet where you only eat 500 calories daily.
Now, you didn't put on that weight in 1 month, so its best to give yourself a more reasonable amount of time to take it off, or else chances are you're just going to put the weight back on when you slip into old habits.
I've lost a ton of weight and gained it back doing some of the methods above, but that is because I reverted back to an unhealthy lifestyle. If you want to do a 700 cal diet, thats fine but you need to ease yourself into it and you need to have some days where you can 'splurge' but not too much... You also need to ensure that you are getting the nutrients that you need. Here is my current diet plan and it seems to be working well for me, but remember that it is ok to deviate a little bit. (If you tell yourself you can't have something you only want it more - so if you want brownies, go ahead and eat one or split one, just write it in your food diary)
In the morning I make 1 thing of juice
My juice uses about a cup of salad mix (arugula, spinach, baby lettice), 1/4 cup of shredded carrots, 2 strawberries, 1 mango chunk (I love Mangos!), about 1/6 cup of OJ and 10 oz of water. Its like drinking a salad with all fresh stuff and tastes really good.
In the afternoon, I make 2 servings of the juice to drink slowly throughout the day. This keeps me full and eliminates my snacking. If my friends are going out to eat, I will forgo the juice and get a salad. (Most fast food places have half salads that are really filling)
For dinner, I eat what I please, but I have a few rules...
- If I eat out, I must get a salad (I like Chicken Cesar Salads because they have protein that helps your body)
- If I eat processed foods, I must read the label first.
- I count my calories and write down what I eat. If I go over my target, that's ok, but because I have a record of it I tend to stay away from junk food.
Remember, if you are starving, you should eat something. Your body won't burn fat if its too hungry and if you are actively burning calorioes, you will be hungry. Snack on things like carrot sticks with a little ranch or apple slices. Apples are my favorite. Even a Special K bar can be good (rather than a candy bar) Also remember, there are a TON of negative calorie foods out there.
Drink a lot of water and then after you drop the weight, add more food to your diet, sticking to 1,600 - 2,000 calories per day. Portion control, healthy eating and exercising will keep the weight off.
Actually heres a great tip its a new diet I'm starting because of my low self esteem/ depression thats is somewhat caused be weight. Im about 5"3 and being larger runs in the family on both sides so i got the rotten part of that deal. I currently weigh 170 and Im 13 turning 14 in a little over 2 months and Halloween is coming and I might be going with friends in a really epic costume but don't want to be depressed.

That is an extreme weight loss. I would not like to see anybody lose that much weight unless they were following a plan by a physician or a dietitian. Any weight loss can only be done by taking in less calories than you burn. So a program of diet an exercise is the way to go. However. People that lose weight on a crash basis usually put it back on. It is better to go for a regular steady weight loss by changing your habits to something that you can live with on a permanent basis. If you wants to calculate your weight on daily basis you can use this Weight Loss Calculator,it shows the appropriate results.

2. Do NOT starve yourself, do NOT binge eat.
3. Be as active as you can; nothing to do for 10 minutes? Knockout 10 elevated push-ups.
4. Eat some spicy foods; take a decent amount of vitamin C, and drink between a half-gallon and a whole gallon of WATER a day.
5. No more soda. Ever.
6. If you do drink coffee, drink it black.
7. Do at least 35 minutes of cardio straight at least once a day, at least three times a week, more if you are not trying to put on muscle. Think of the body as a calculator or machine. To gain weight, you need to have a greater input than output (eating more calories than you are burning) and the opposite is true for losing weight, you need to be eating fewer calories and burning more. You need to start writing down what you are eating and how many calories you are eating a day. I recommend that you eat no more than 800 calories a day, and drink LOTS of water. Water will help fill you up and it is necessary when trying to lose weight and gain muscle (muscle is 70% water) I suggest you Atkins diet foods through this you get more results about what can you eat on the Atkins diet .
