Usually no. Getting your tubes tied is a permanent solution, not temporary, for avoiding pregnancy. But you do still continue to ovulate as long as you didn't have a total hysterectomy (where they remove all your reproductive inside organs like the uterus AND the ovaries). However, you don't get pregnant. In some, very rare but not impossible cases, pregnancy after tubal ligation can happen (usually about 10 years or so after they were tied). Remember, it is very, very rare. So don't worry about it.
