It's pretty normal I also had a c-section and passed a big one as well. I still would call and let your doc know cause then he can decide if he wants you in before your 6 weeks check up or not and if you should worry that's what I did.

You can pass clots for several weeks and it will be normal. If the bleeding becomes bright red then you need to call your doctor immediately!
Well there is nothing to worry about, mainly during c-section, you do pass out blood, but its good to consult a doctor for a better piece of advice
