Amazing, isn't it? You can go to one of many pregnancy calendar websites and they show you week-by-week what your baby looks like, as it grows. I had a book (can't remember the title - sorry) that told me something new nearly every DAY about the development of the baby. I think there are a few books out there like that. Congratulations!!
