Symptoms which you are mentioning can be signs of pregnancy but not after one week of periods because one week after periods, pregnancy is not positive in blood even it occurs immediately after periods. These symptoms can occur 3-4 weeks after conception. Your problem can be due to some other reason. You should get advice from your doctor.
