Yes you are right that the second time you feel it more earlier as you had the previous experience and you know what you are looking for. You would probably feel the movement in the 12th week in your second pregnancy.

This is my third pregnancy, I began to feel tiny little one time kicks at around 12 ish weeks, but now I am 14 weeks and don't feel anything more than before. At 16 weeks you will feel it more clearly and by 20 weeks you will feel regular kicks daily. Sometimes the baby turns so much it kicks into your bag of water and you may go hours or days without feeling it. All is normal

I am in my second pregnancy as well. I began to feel movement at 11 weeks, although it was very seldom. I am now 16 weeks, and I have not begun to feel it any more than I did before, although when I do feel it, I am positive that's what I'm feeling. At 11 weeks, I wasn't so sure that's what it was.
