Yes, drinking water will dilute the urine sample making it less concentrated. They will be testing more water then urine. Any sample can be diluted. You don't want to drink to much water since the test can come back as dilute and in many places that is considered a dirty.

No it won't help you pass. If anything, it could help you fail b/c the test could be diluted. Alcohol has to be metabolized. Drinking water does not speed up your metabolism, so it doesn't get alcohol out of your system any quicker. ETG detects alcohol up to 72 hours.
No the EtG test is more advanced and can detect alcohol for up to 4 days. Try the water it can't hurt..

No....not really...but try real cranberry juice...and pickle juice ...be diligent...its a mix combo...by the way I mean...REAL cranberry juice not that cranberry cocktail crap...check the labels...
