Abdominal pregnancy is rare complication of ectopic pregnancy in which fertilized egg implants in the abdomen. Abdominal pregnancy show positive tests results but ultrasound can show no fetus in uterus. Abdominal pregnancy is suspected in those ladies with positive pregnancy tests but with lower abdominal pain, unusual bleeding, Abnormal rise in Beta HCG levels, and absence of fetus in uterus during ultrasound.
