There are three phases in a women cycle. The first phase is desqumative phase in which bleeding in shape of blood or spotting take place. This phase is from 1-7 days. Then starts 2nd phase called proliferative phase. It starts from 8-14 day. On 15 the day there will be ovulation. The starts the 3rd phase that is transformatory or secretary phase. It starts from 15-28th day. Then again periods start. Pregnancy is possible only on mid of cycle that is 14,15 or 16 day. The sex during spotting or periods will not cause pregnancy.
