No, Biotin cannot make a person gain weight. Biotin is a vitamin. What gains the weight is calories. You can find Biotin in foods such as carrots, bananas, etc.

YES!!!! I have never gained weight quickly and never exceeded a few pounds gain in years.  I went on 3000 mg of biotin a day and gained 9 pounds in a MONTH!! DO NOT TAKE THIS!!!
