The best way to lose weight fast is to fast.

However, you will certainly gain the  weight back on after you resume eating.

What I recommend is that you eat healthier, do a lot of exercising, don't stop eating that is dangerous and a good way to get diseases that you don't want.

Drink half your weight in water.

Walk and extra hour a day.

Eat more healthy. This should help! :)

The best way to lose weight fast is to eat healthier and exercise more. Honestly! People try these fad diets all the time because they're impatient, but as a rule of thumb, the faster you lose weight, the more likely you are to put it back on, and the faster this will happen.

Of course it's natural to want to get a "kick start" when you first start out, and there's nothing wrong with that. 
For the first 7 - 14 days you can try to be super strict with what you eat ie. Keep to fruit, vegetables, lean meats and fish, and whole grains, and avoid "treat" foods all together. Then combine this with doing 30 mins of strenuous exercise every day.

This will work just as well as any trendy diet, and then after a week or so you can gradually increase other foods in your diet. 

Remember, balance is the most important thing. You do need fats and sugars in your diets, it's just about making sure you get the proportions right, and choose the right ones.

And exercise can be fun, and can be done without leaving the house. Try this dance party workout for half an hour a day!
