Could be due to many reasons.  Possible pregnancy, std, yeast infection, spotting, bleeding which would just be dark old blood.  Could be a urinary tract infection or a bladder infection.  If it persists or you experience any burning or itching or pain go to the doctor to get checked out.  It could be an infection and you may need to be treated with an antibiotic especially if it has a terrible smell to it.  If it starts to itch is all you can try buying an over the counter yeast infection medication treatment and try treating it that way first to see if it goes away.  Don't have intercourse til it is taken care of it can be transmitted to your partner if you have one.  Good luck.
