I havent gotten my period in 3 months, I'm not pregnant though because I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Is it bad to go on that long?

If you have a gap of more than 38 days between 2 periods or a gap of less than 21 days between 2 periods then consult an gynecologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Otherwise, you are normal.
