You could be but maybe you should look into kidney stones. Did your dr run any other test than the pregnancy test? Those are symptoms of kidney stones. Also if you have been stressed out more than usual that could happen. Give it a couple more days and if it's still the same get back to the Dr. Get an ultrasound to see if maybe something is going on. Hope I helped a little. Good luck.
