Who ever wrote that is a loser and needs to shut up obviously they have never had a period.... You should try using pads instead of tampons believe it or not it helps. Also drink a lottt of water half a gallon a day if you can. Also hot showers. I did this n I went from 5 heavy days to 3 and some spotting
