Three weeks ago, my daughter found information online that if we take Vitamin C tablets at the same time we are taking Iodoral that it helps your natural metablolism get back on track. Since then we have both been steadily loosing weight. She was already loosing weight a bit here and there, but then it got to being about 1 pound or more a day. In two months she has melted off about 45 lbs. In the last three weeks I have melted off 14 pounds. I will say that we have also adjusted our eating habits, like dropping my 6-8 cups of sweetened tea down to 1 cup a day, eating smaller portions and with the vitamins and supplements we have no cravings for junk food or to eat all the time, even out of boredom.
As to your question. My daughter is very well endowed, a triple D cup if you will. It is very uncomfortable for her and impossible to find clothes that look nice. She has been wanting breast reduction surgery, but that is one thing that this iodoral seems to be taking care of. They are shrinking down along with the rest of her. I would say they each weigh in at about 10 lbs each. That is a lot of weight as well as pressure on your back and body. Now that is being resolved. It is so awesome. She is still nursing her baby who is 6 months old as well, so when the nursing is over, she will go down even more.
Now, just so you know. If you choose to start on iodine or iodoral, you should start slow. Liquid iodine can be used at about 5 drops the first day and from then on increase a drop a day until you are using a whole dropperful. After that move up to 1/2 and iodoral tablet for a week, and then a whole tablet for a month, then two a day. That is about the rate we did it. Read the insert in the iodoral package to make sure you know what to expect. We had no problems, only positive results.
My son in law who grew a goiter after fluoride was added to our water system, has started taking iodine as well, and has noticed his goiter shrinking down. We believe it is also helping his thyroid, since that was hypo thyroid too. He feels better, his goiter is shrinking, and he no longer has panic attacks that send him to the ER.
Hi There- When I was your age and younger, I used to feel the exact same way. I was athletic, small waisted, and had these large breast. People would indirectly tease me about it, and so on and so on..
Now I am 26 years old, and love them. So try not to worry. ( I know its hard). What I do recommend, is to start doing light weight training for your chest. ( I promise they wont get bigger). Ask a professional female trainer in your fitness club which excercises you can do to help tone your chest. As odd as it may seem, bench pressing is not just for men. Its a great way to help shink the chest for a female. So... Continue to eat right, play sports and excercise, and I promise they will shrink over time. Just start on the weight training. (you are never too young to start. Just start with light weights. K?)
ps- with age, exercise, and eating right my chest has shrunk, and now that I am older I have become a fitness model and compete across the country. Even though they have shrunk, my chest is still a good size, and girls pay a lot of $ to get what we have. ( not to mention the pain they endure.) so hang tight OK, and keep on doing what you're doing.

Don't worry too much about it. This runs in my family also and I was self conscious about it when I was your age, but now that I am 12 years older, I am comfortable with them.
I am sure that you will find in about another four or five years that big breasts are not so bad after all.
