Well I'm 13 yrs. Of age and I weigh 171 pounds right know I use to weight 185 pounds so this is what happen to me I started going to the gold gym every single day with my mom for about 1 hr.and 30 min on running and bicycle and some weight lifts and I started eating healthy half of what I use to eat and stopped drinking sodas and juice and junk food even if I don't like the vegetables except carrots I still need to eat it so I dropped down 10 pounds in 2 weeks so if I can do it than you can to and if you don't have time to go to a gym or pay then dance or run around your house or walk to the park and play something..

And if you ever get hungry but you already had a BIG meal that day ice always takes the edge of the hunger and it also keeps you hydrated :) but you can always do 40 mins of just like running around your block fallowed buy 20 mins of a core work out just crunches boat pose bicycle crunches ect :) also try to eat a bunch of fruit and chicken and try to stay away from anything in a plastic wrapper

I can tell you the quickest and HEALTHIEST/SAFEST way to do it...

Basically, get on a diet of 1,200 calories/day and couple that with 1 hour of cardio daily to burn an additional 500 calories.

Make a habit out of eating lots of vegetables, they will fill you up and aren't very calorie dense (salads are great, but watch the dressings).
Also, eat a lot of lean meats and some fruits/nuts.

Other great food choices are: Oatmeal, beans, brown rice, whole wheat pitas, yogurt, no fat cottage cheese.

You need to make a habit of eating these new foods and eating healthy...take it on a bit at a time so as not to overwhelm yourself and the more these things become habit, the easier they will be to keep doing.

Quickest is not always the best when it comes to weight loss...especially if what you did doesn't lead to any long term results (by forming good eating habits)..  This explains how to go about doing that successfully.

Maybe you should consider laying off the junk food and if you feel hungry just drink water . Maybe if that doesnt help ask your mom to take you to a dietitian

I feel your pain I'm a 10 year old girl 4 foot 9 and I weigh 90 pounds just do a bunch of sit ups during a commercial
