The best way for you to lose tummy fat in 2 weeks is to maintain a calorie intake of 1,200 calories/day and do at least 1 hour of cardio each and every day.

The 1 hour of cardio will burn 500 calories or so, which is 3,500/week, just enough to lose 1 pound/week.

Aside from that, if you want to find out how much your diet will cause you to lose...take your weight and multiply it by 15 to get your maintenance.

For a 200 pound person, that would be: 200x 15 = 3,000 calories/day.

That means at 1,200/day, you would be in a deficit of 1,800/day.

With this diet you would lose 1 pound in 2 days from your diet alone (if you were 200 pounds).

You could lose more weight if you chose to do more cardio each day...

Also keep in mind the first week, you will likely lose 3-5 pounds of water weight.
