You are more likely to be constipated in the early stages of pregnancy than going a lot, but there are no hard and fast rules because everybody reacts differently. The cramps could mean anything because they could be a sign that your period is about to start, but early pregnancy symptoms are often similar to pre-menstrual ones. If you are worried and not happy with waiting to see what happens, then you really need to take a pregnancy test to make sure.

The first obvious sign that you could be pregnant is a missed period, but this is not conclusive on its own. Another sign that is quite common is nausea, and this can occur at any time, not just in the mornings. Many women experience swollen or tender breasts in the early stages of pregnancy, too.

Feeling tired is common, but again this could also be a pre-menstrual symptom because of the increase in the production of the hormone, progesterone. This hormone is very much in evidence in the early stages of pregnancy, and this, along with the sudden increased demands on your body, means that you could feel exhausted.

One of the most common signs of pregnancy is the need to urinate more frequently. This is because of the increase in blood circulating, and fluid processed by the body, as well as pressure on the bladder by the growing uterus.

Some women experience an increased awareness of smells; this can lead to everyday things suddenly becoming objectionable and increasing the feelings of nausea.

There are other symptoms that different women have experienced in the early days of their pregnancies, so if you are feeling differently to how you normally do, then a visit to the doctor is probably in order.

I would not worry to much about being prgo if you worry and stress your body out, it will make the waitin seem longer and your body and mind will start to think prego.
And even if you went and got a test its too soon to tell by pee, so wait about a week or so. And than go see your doc ..
You could be feelin the way you do because of hormons or something in your diet, or it could be your body's way of gettin ready for pms ..
If your really worryied and think theres somethin wrong call a 1-800 number and talk to a nurse . They will kow much more than just ppl on the net ..
Ps .. Speakin from mother to be in a weeek or so .. At the start of my perg I had a hard time to go to the bathroom, peein np it was number 2 that I had a hard time with ..good luck girls ..

I tend to have worse digestion prior to periods, because I start craving junk food which is the cause of my bad digestion.
