Light bleeding and cramping one week after periods can be due to mittelschmerz syndrome which is pain at the time of ovulation. Some ladies feel pain only, some pain with mild bleeding. So, you might be ovulating on one week after periods. This condition does not require any treatment. Only pain killers can be used if pain is worse.
